I started working out with Bill two months ago. I'm so glad I did. Bill is smart, thorough, knowledgeable, creative, imaginative, dedicated and a really hard worker. He saw the handful of places where I was weakest and has concentrated on improving them... a very specific approach. I'm almost sixty and have never lifted weights before this. I was a bit daunted at first but Bill's technique and experience had me immediately relaxed. He's always changing things up, adding new variations and challenging me. He's also very positive and a nice guy. I told him my biggest goal was not to get injured... and he's taken it seriously... always checking to make sure that I'm doing things correctly. Bill's a find!

Bill and Tracy are wonderful. I started working out with Bill several months ago, wanting to lose a little weight and tone up. I've never been a fan of working out but I actually look forward to my two sessions a week with him. After about 24 workouts with him, I have noticed a major transformation in my body which has been a huge motivator. I tend to be a bit of a wimp, but Bill pushes me in a way that is completely effective and safe. I rarely ever curse at him. :o) These two are the best! Highly recommend Body Designs Las Vegas.

I have known Bill and Tracy and they have both been my trainers for years now. Tracy and I worked one on one and she gives me the extra strength to do my workouts. She never pressures me, she is always asking if I feel ok and if the workout is too much or not enough. Bill has started training me in boxing and it is such a great rush! I have had the good fortune of working with my personal trainer Bill Belott, for the last 90 days. By way of background, I had a left total knee replacement approximately 3 months before meeting Bill. As such due to the very sedentary recovery period, I was not in great shape - he took me on anyway! Well in 90 days working twice a week with him, I have transformed my knee strength, balance, core and overall muscle tone. I could not be more pleased with my 90 minutes per week with Bill.
I highly recommend his services even if you are not recovering from a medical procedure. I have recommended him to many of my professional friends, as I rate his services, knowledge, professionalism and demeanor at 5-stars! You will not go wrong letting Bill get you back in shape or stay in shape!
